The Brass Tap Beer Bar is coming to Libbie Mill!

Ultimate Beer Bar to open location at Libbie Mill – Midtown

A Premium Beer Experience is set to open its newest location in vibrant RVA community

Henrico Co., VA., March 7, 2022 – Libbie Mill - Midtown, under development by Henrico-based Gumenick Properties, is happy to announce that The Brass Tap Beer Bar has leased approximately 3,339 square feet in the Emmer Row building located at 4901 Libbie Mill East Boulevard Suite 110, illustrating a continued demand for high-quality commercial real estate in the community. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick of Colliers International represented Libbie Mill – Midtown, and Ryan Waddell of Southeast Retail Group represented Arrya, LLC. in this lease transaction.

The Brass Tap is a unique watering hole on a mission to create a premium beer experience for the World. In 2007, the founders of The Brass Tap franchise recognized the explosive growth in the craft beer market, and appreciated the simplicity of operating a beer bar versus a full service restaurant. Their vision resulted in the opening of the first “Ultimate Beer Bar” in Wesley Chapel, Florida in October 2018, and beer enthusiasts may now visit over 40 locations in 15 states. “Like many friends, Abhi and I always had a dream of growing up and opening a bar together and we are finally hoping to make that dream a reality with the newest location of the Brass Tap in Libbie Mill - Midtown. The vibrant culture and diverse craft beer market in Richmond attracted Abhi and I to open up Richmond’s first Brass Tap and we hope to create an atmosphere where locals can come and try a wide variety of beer selections that they won’t find anywhere else.” states Yash Patel, owner of The Brass Tap. The Brass Tap Beer Bar will open in its location at Libbie Mill - Midtown later this year.

“We are thrilled to be adding such a new and unique beer and restaurant experience to Libbie Mill - Midtown. The Brass Tap adds to the growing list of commercial retail services available at Libbie Mill, and provides our residents and visitors another place to gather, socialize and enjoy craft beer, sports and live music,” states Diane Tidwell, Gumenick Properties’ director of property management. “We anticipate retail interest to remain strong in 2022 as we lease our last few available spaces in the community. We also continue to welcome new residents into our for-sale community, and our new apartment communities Penstock Quarter and Wellsmith Apartments.” For more information on leasing commercial space, apartment availability, or for-sale townhome or condominium availability, please visitwww.libbiemill.com.
