Beauty Destination Extended Studio Relocates to Libbie Mill – Midtown
/Libbie Mill – Midtown, the signature mixed-use community developed by Henrico-based Gumenick Properties, is excited to announce that Extended Studio has signed a lease for approximately 1,394 square feet in the Penstock Quarter building at 5001 Libbie Mill East Boulevard, Suite 105. With this lease, the Penstock Quarter building is now officially fully leased – a significant milestone for the growing Midtown destination. Extended Studio is currently aiming to open in September.
Founded by Sable Grayson, a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Lash Artist, Extended Studio was created with the belief that beauty extends beyond physical appearance. Since 2019, Sable has specialized in lash extensions, cultivating a luxurious, high-end approach to enhancing natural beauty. In addition to lash services, Extended Studio offers brow lamination, mini facials, dermaplaning, tooth gems, waxing, and tinting – ensuring a full range of beauty enhancements tailored to each client. “We’re beyond excited to announce that Extended Studio is relocating to our beautiful new space in Libbie Mill – Midtown,” said Sable Grayson, owner and artist of Extended Studio. “This vibrant, walkable neighborhood doesn’t just fit our brand. It reflects who we are, modern, intentional, and rooted in community. This move is more than just a change of address. It’s a meaningful step forward in our growth journey and aligns with the momentum, values, and elevated experience we strive to deliver every day. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new home and continue creating beauty, confidence, and connection.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Sable and her Extended Studio team to Libbie Mill!” said Diane Tidwell, director of property management for Gumenick Properties. “Their services are a unique and exciting addition to our community, and we’re proud to continue expanding the range of lifestyle offerings available to our residents and visitors.” With the recent additions of RVA Bakehouse and D.A. Davidson, only one retail space remains available, located in the second-generation Midtown Design Gallery suite in the Emmer Row building. “We’re proud to offer the most livable, vibrant community in the rapidly growing Midtown area. From food and fitness to healthcare and beauty, Libbie Mill – Midtown has truly become a destination for modern living.”
Gumenick Properties continues to expand the neighborhood with Wrighthaven Square, a new apartment development set to open in early 2026, and pre-leasing now underway for the newest Jordan’s Branch Apartments rental condominiums.
